Golden Trailer Awards
Los Angeles
Before you ever step into a movie theater and devote 2 (or in some painful cases, 3-4 hours) to a movie, there is a very important, very essential moment that affects your decision, dare we even say your entire LIFE- the movie’s preview. Yes, laugh if you want, but how many times have you seen a preview and thought to your self, “That movie looks AMAZING,” only to later walk out of a dark theater wishing that the movie had stayed in its original 90 second form instead of the 90 minutes you just wasted and will never get back? Well once a year, the film industry hosts an awards show to celebrate the artists who make the trailers, which, let’s be honest, are half the time better than the movies they represent.
So, without further adieu, we invite you to be in the audience for The 9th Annual Golden Trailer Awards!!
Take advantage of living in Hollywood and feel like a celebrity! Everyone in the audience will receive a gift bag and there is a cash bar. The show is hosted by Sinbad and features a special music performance by recently signed Motown prodigy Suai.
Celebrating such films as Batman: Dark Knight, Enchanted, Juno, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, 3:10 to Yuma, No Country for Old Men, I am Legend, Once, Cloverfield, Semi-Pro, and many, many more, The Golden Trailer Awards is a very special and fun event and a rare opportunity to get close to the film industry.
